For a Couple of Hours

Volunteering last night was exhausting more physically than emotionally last night as I was assigned to dishes. The other lady I was helping laughed along with me since she'd managed to avoid the food service industry entirely while I was sixteen the last time I worked dishes. Yet there we were, spraying, stacking, and sweating. Both of us make many times what an average dishwasher makes so there was a lot of humility found in the irony. And a lot of mess. *snicker*
